Do I need prior martial arts experience?

Absolutely not. Our programs welcome complete beginners alongside experienced practitioners. Every student receives instruction appropriate to their level.

What age groups do you serve?

We offer programs for youth (ages 6+) and adults of all ages. Wing Chun's emphasis on technique over strength makes it accessible to a wide range of body types and fitness levels.
