United Kung Fu Association provides martial arts education and training in the Moy Yat Wing Chun Kung Fu system. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Adult Wing Chun Kung Fu group classes
• Youth Kung Fu programs
• Practical self-defense instruction
• Private one-on-one training sessions
• Seminars, workshops, and special events
• Chi Kung (Qigong) instruction
• Introductory sessions for prospective students

All services are provided as educational offerings focused on traditional discipline, mindful movement, functional fitness, holistic wellness, and personal empowerment.

3. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and may require completion of a registration form. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Phone Number Policy: Providing a phone number during registration is entirely optional. Providing a phone number is not a condition of enrollment in any of our programs. Your phone number is not a condition of purchasing any service or attending any class. You will not be denied service for choosing not to provide a phone number.

For youth enrollments, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and provide consent.

4. Communications & ATDS Policy

United Kung Fu Association is committed to respectful, personal communication with all students and prospective students:

• We do not use an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS) for any purpose. No automated dialing, auto-dialer, or ATDS technology is employed in our communications.
• All telephone calls and text messages are initiated manually by real people, without ATDS or automated systems.
• We do not use predictive dialers, power dialers, or any equipment that qualifies as an ATDS under any applicable law.
• Providing your phone number is not a condition of enrollment, purchasing any service, attending classes, or receiving information from us.
• If you opt in to receive text messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Martial arts training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree to:

• Participate at your own risk and within your physical capabilities
• Inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by instructors
• Use proper techniques as taught and avoid reckless behavior

United Kung Fu Association, its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from participation in classes, training sessions, or events, except in cases of gross negligence. We recommend consulting your physician before beginning any physical training program.

6. Code of Conduct

As members of the United Kung Fu Association community, all students are expected to:

• Show respect to instructors, fellow students, and the training environment
• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear proper training attire
• Refrain from using techniques learned for aggressive or unlawful purposes
• Support a positive, inclusive training atmosphere
• Honor the traditional values and customs of the Moy Yat Wing Chun system

7. Intellectual Property
