Traditional Kung Fu Training for Every Level

At United Kung Fu Association, we offer a comprehensive range of programs rooted in the Moy Yat Wing Chun tradition. Each program is designed to develop functional fitness, mindful movement, and personal empowerment — no matter your starting point.

Adult Wing Chun Program

Our flagship program provides comprehensive training in the complete Moy Yat Wing Chun system. Students learn the three empty-hand forms (Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, Biu Jee), Chi Sau (sticky hands), wooden dummy techniques, and weapons forms.

Beyond technique, this program develops holistic wellness through the integration of physical training, mental focus, and philosophical study. You will build functional fitness while discovering the deeper dimensions of traditional discipline.

Youth Kung Fu Program

Our youth program introduces children to the art of Wing Chun in an age-appropriate, encouraging environment. Young students develop confidence, focus, discipline, and respect — skills that serve them far beyond the training hall.

Through mindful movement and structured training, children build coordination, physical fitness, and self-awareness. The program emphasizes personal empowerment, teaching young people to believe in their abilities and approach challenges with courage.

Wing Chun was designed for real-world self-defense. Our self-defense curriculum draws directly from the Wing Chun system, teaching efficient techniques that work regardless of size or strength — making it ideal for anyone seeking practical protection skills.
